Qualia Clinical Services’ executive team boasts more than 75 years of combined industry expertise. Led by award-winning researcher Dr. Khattak, Qualia's research team is flexible, innovative and totally focused on the needs of its clients. A highly experienced principal investigator and manager of Phase I-IV clinical trials, Dr. Khattak’s expertise is recognized industry-wide. He has served on scientific advisory boards for several pharmaceutical firms, including Elli Lilly and Novartis, and has authored several scientific articles and abstracts. He is also a fellow of Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University Of Toronto, Canada, as well as the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Khattak founded Qualia Clinical Services, Inc. in 2004 with a simple mission of answer a growing industry need for higher quality, responsive,
customer-focused clinical research services that exceed industry expectations.

Mr. Kalim is responsible for Qualia's worldwide operations. Azhar Kalim, co-founder of Qualia Omaha, has over 16 years of experience as a principal scientist in bioanalytical services and business development, playing an essential role in developing protocols and producing quality results for Qualia’s clients. As Chief Operating Officer, he works to enhance the cohesiveness of Qualia's global operations. Additionally, Azhar acts as an advocate for clients to ensure that their specific needs are met. |

Dr. Schwab, a well-known and respected Omaha physician, ensures the safety of the study participants and protocol adherence of Qualia’s clinical trials. He has in-depth knowledge of Omaha’s physician referral networks, which is critical in recruiting specialized participant populations. An award-winning educator, Dr. Schwab in 2005 was named one of the Top Physicians in America. His medical and research experience, along with excellent patient care skills are tremendous assets to Qualia’s clients. |

As Managing Director, Mr.Metcalfe's leadership skills and in-depth marketing expertise help build strong partnerships with bioanalytical labs and strategic relationships with leaders in the U.S. and international pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Having many years of experience in Executive positions with blue chip companies, he plays an active role in the administrative, operations and corporate business development initiatives for Qualia and works with the senior management team to ensure the company meets its operational budget and sales objectives.
Mr. Metcalfe is the primary point of contact for all parties interested in learning more about the business, possible strategic alliances, partnerships and investor relations. A consummate team player, John holds a key role in the company's strategic planning and vision for the future. |

DALE GRAY

Dale has been Controller for over 20 years in several industries. He has extensive knowledge and experience in cost and project accounting, along with financial reporting. Dale also has much experience working with operations personnel to improve processes and control costs. Dale attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. |
